3. Intellectual Property

• Certificates remain property of Logicweave but may be shared for professional purposes

4. Refund Policy

Course Cancellation and Refunds:

• Full refund available within 14 days of enrollment if no content accessed
• Partial refund (50%) available within 30 days if less than 25% of course completed
• No refunds after 30 days or if more than 25% of course completed
• We reserve the right to cancel courses with insufficient enrollment (full refund provided)

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Share account credentials or course access with others
• Record, copy, or distribute course content without permission
• Engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Use automated systems to access course materials
• Harass instructors or other participants
• Attempt to bypass technical protections

6. Limitation of Liability
